Fran Price (Benjamin Franklin) and Chuck Volz (Betsy Ross) traveled to Boston February 29 to March 2 to attend NERP 2008.  They invited the conference goers to attend NERP 2009, which will be held in Philadelphia March 12 to 14, 2009.   Betsy reminded the group that Ben Franklin was born and raised in Boston, and left at age 17 and moved to Philadelphia.  She invited conference attendees to follow his example and come to Philadelphia.
